Description Allan Day 2016-02-16 13:22:02 UTC
The different widths make the window look unbalanced and lacking in polish.

Bug 706788 covered this issue previously, but the design has evolved since then, so filing a new report.

Can I work on this? Where is the relevant source code?

You don't need to ask for permission, or for the bug to be allocated to you - just hack on it and attach a patch when you're done. :)

Source code can be found at: https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-initial-setup

I attempted to do this with a GtkSizeGroup but since the buttons are not all visible at the start it causes them to resize when they appear. Not sure how you would solve this reliably.
