After https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-control-center/commit/?id=0b53a560db3aae0eeb1ca30e4f5ab6b9e87503f5, the 'Turn off repeated key presses' setting has been
moved from the Keyboard panel to the Universal Access panel.
