The stream Stress_VP9_1920x1080_250_extra_stress_1.1.vp9 has different checksum while doing decoding with vaapidecode ,vp9dec and avdec_vp9. Not sure which one is right :), need investigation.

vaapidecode and vp9dec have identical checksums on all frames of that video. Testing done with the videospy element posted in bug 763006.
