Some websites have custom keyboard shortcuts. When they clash with Epiphany's own shortcuts, Epiphany claim the event and the webpage's action never happens.

How to reproduce:

1. Open any Google Drive document with Epiphany
2. Type some random text
3. Try to bold (Ctrl + B) the text


What should happen:

The text gets bolded.


What happens:

The Bookmarks dialog pops up.
