demo of the issue

When I open Music, it shows the "Loading..." notification. Good. The notification is dismissed... but nothing is shown. Not so good. Looking at the terminal, we see that it's still fetching album data.

The "Loading" notification shouldn't be dismissed if Music didn't stop loading.

Bulk removing the 3.18 target.
Comment 2 Marinus Schraal 2016-10-10 12:47:51 UTC
The notification is on a timer it seems, has little to do with the actual loading time. It should wait on completion before dismissing it.
