Patch to check netinet/ip.h with sys/types.h and netinet/in.h

For the curlsink plugin, configure checks for a handfull of headers.

The problem header in this set is netinet/ip.h. On FreeBSD the sys/types.h and netinet/in.h header needs to be included before netinet/ip.h can be tested.
