Essentially the same as bug 357468, except this time with local files and with 3.17-git-master.

- Right-click empty area in a folder; the "Paste" option will enable and disable itself rapidly.

- Right-click a subfolder; the "Paste into" option will appear and disappear rapidly.

(Also that's probably the same bug that causes Nautilus to be spinning at 50% CPU and constantly rescanning the visible directory, I'm guessing.)
