Screenshot of the invoice ledger

As discussed in mail
http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2015-June/060779.html

I suggest to change the behavior of text fields on the invoice ledger to better display their editability. Memo can be edited (if no transaction is associated) while Owner and number can not. Both fields look the same. The non editable text fields should look different.

Editable fields:
* Bemerkungen

Immutable fields:
* Rechnungsnummer
* Kunde
* Auftrag
* Auftragsnummer

* Eröffnungsdatum (not a text field and the text is grey so it doesn't look like it can be edited)
