.xlsx file which doesn't load

The attached file, noStylesAndSharedStringsTest.xlsx, gives the following error message while loading:

Missing part-id for sheet '10 Aug 2013 19_11_21'

I got the file from here https://github.com/tealeg/xlsx/tree/master/testdocs

We had a problem with parsing the workbook->sheet relation id.  However,
having fixed that it's obvious that something else is wrong too.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Once that release is available, you may want to check for a software upgrade provided by your Linux distribution.
