Description:
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. for example, take a screenshot with gnome-panel-screenshot and drop
the image into nautilus desktop.
2. then, desktop has screenshot.png
3. open a folder and DnD the screenshot.png into.

Actual Results:
move and _not_ refresh.

Expected Results:
move and refresh, so screenshot.png disappear.

How often does this happen?
everytime.

Unknown version 1.1.x in product nautilus. Setting version to the default, "unspecified".

I've seen this one myself several times. Most reliable reproduction
seems to occur when I'm deleting a directory- it shows up in the
trash: folder but never leaves the desktop. Very confusing, and at
least once led to a crash (couldn't file the trace; I was on the train.)
