My intention in this patch is to separate c code modification for document. Is it a rule to add completed document in the codes? I'll do with next patch. Thanks.
It makes sense to do it as one commit, since it's one logical change that belongs together.

Ah, sorry, this fell through the cracks. It seems streamiddemux is there now. Stefan added it a few days ago. Can this be closed then, or is there anything left to do?
