GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 749070
problem to set bindings
Last modified: 2015-07-22 20:24:06 UTC
orca 3.14.0, MATE, Iceweasel. Here's an example: 1. ins-ctrl-space from Iceweasel 2. Bindings tab 3. Change backslash binding to exclam 4. OK or Apply, then change another binding, set it to backslash 1. Orca says that "backslash" is busy. It's false. 2. Orca creates a "double" of the previous binding: one feature bind to exclam, one bind to backslash, with the same name. Orca should know the shortcut has changed, and not create the copy.
That sounds alot like bug 742293 which was already fixed. And I am not seeing the problem myself (though instead of exclaim, I used comma because on my keyboard exclaim is a shifted 1 which means it goes to the previous heading at level 1). Could you please verify that the problem still happens in the current Orca?
