gst-play-1.0 --videosink="videorate ! decklinkvideosink mode=17" --audiosink="decklinkaudiosink" test.avi   --interactive

Using left/right keys on seek:

- audio is correctly seeked
- video is frozen. It jumps to correct position later, but seek does not work immediately. Specifically for backwards seek (left key), video starts again when reaching original seek position.

GST_DEBUG=3,*decklink*:4 log with one seek:
