I have configured 2 different layouts for my keyboard, ES and EN.

Although I always use the ES one, every time I reboot Gnome changes it to EN.
I guess is picking the fist one on the alphabetically sorted list of possible values ['EN', 'ES'].

I'm using Gnome 3.16.1.
