Evince is a great app. I regret three things that are present
  in “PDF Mod” ou in “PDF-Shuffler” : 1) you can't remove nor add pages
  to the PDF file ; 2) you can't extract a picture from the PDF (see
  “PDF Mod”) ; 3) you can't manage the size of the pdf pages the same
  way you do with “PDF Mod”.
