The on/off switches of the Universal Access menu use a blue that is not the same as the one of the selected day in the new (3.15.90+) calendar of the Clock menu; it is a little darker. I do think that these color should be unified, on the lighter one.

By the way, I’m not sure that even this color has enough contrast with the ~grey around for visually impaired people using the HighContrast theme. So using a really lighter color may help them.
