GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 745869
Send account overrides: Recipient lost on edit
Last modified: 2015-03-09 11:48:10 UTC
1) Edit > Preferences > Composer Preferences > Send Account. 2) Go to "Use for Recipients". 3) Click "Add" 4) Enter "....." 5) Press Enter key (cheers for input validation and no button to choose email addresses from my address books!) 6) Click "Edit" 7) Click above the "Edit" button where there's nothing ACTUAL OUTCOME: Entry is removed EXPECTED OUTCOME: Entry should not be removed (Minor: When there is only one account defined, I first need to select that one to enable any buttons under "Use for Folders" and "Use for Recipients". That took me a while to figure out - if there is only one account, why is it not pre-selected?)
(In reply to André Klapper from comment #0) > (cheers for input validation and no button to choose email addresses > from my address books!) Quote from the top of the window: "List of recipients can contain partial addresses or names." Good luck with validating that.
Heh, thanks. Valid point. I was a bit sleepy yesterday I guess. Sorry.
Fixed/changed both this with: Created commit 3fee09f in evo master (3.15.92+)
