adding colors

I added some colors with DnD and I cannot remove them.

Looking at that screenshot, we shouldn't allow adding duplicates.
Comment 2 groucho 2017-04-10 20:13:24 UTC
Custom colors seem to be stored in
~/.config/gnome-control-center/backgrounds/colors.ini

It would be great though to be able to add/remove them from the control center.

I have been reviewing a bit this issue and IMHO, I think that it would be easier/better to add a gconf field with comma separated hex color codes instead use a "redundant" colors file.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new bug report at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
