Restructure of platform-demo section of GNOME developer center.

The current structure in GNOME devel docs is unnecessarily complex (see attachment: old-structure.png). With this patch I'm suggesting a new structure which is easier to navigate (see new-structure.png).

(the patch concerns only the C language pages for now, but if accepted I'll restructure the other langugages too)

Validated revision of platform-demo-restructure update.

Initial patch wasn't updated. I've tangled out the issues and used the correct syntax now. Can I push this?
