GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 742798
Trying to add an extra (non-default) google calendars gives http 403 permission denied error
Last modified: 2015-02-17 18:41:37 UTC
I'm running Evolution 12.9 and I want to add one of my non-personal google calendars to evolution. I already have the default calendar added to evo. When I follow the procedure to add new calendar, it asks me the password and after I give the password I get the http 403 permission denied error inside a window which says choose a calendar.
Confirmed here (Arch). I would like to note that: - opening the dialog to select a non-default calendar results in a *different* password entry popup than the normal system-wide one - a workaround would be to (re-)add the default one, then go to its properties and change calendar to whatever is desired
Thanks for a bug report. The difference between creating a new Google calendar and editing already existing Google calendar is that the interface shown uses libgdata in the first place, but CalDAV interface in the second place. The libgdata issue is reported as bug #664353, thus I mark this as a duplicate of it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 664353 ***
