GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 741626
Add highlighting for Mustache
Last modified: 2021-07-05 11:01:08 UTC
From downstream elementaryOS report: "Syntax highlighting for Mustache templates would be very welcome. Other code editors like Atom and Sublime have packages to properly highlight mustache tags, and it's something I miss every day at work when I'm using Scratch. /usr/share/gtksourceview-3.0/language-specs/html.lang would be a starting point, and there're open source packages for Atom and Sublime that might be useful. Atom: https://atom.io/packages/language-mustache Sublime: https://github.com/adamchainz/SublimeHTMLMustache This would be upstreamable and could benefit users of Gedit and other applications of GtkSourceView."
A first step would be to provide a .lang file on the wiki.
(In reply to Sébastien Wilmet from comment #1) > A first step would be to provide a .lang file on the wiki. I've posted mustache.lang on the wiki: https://goo.gl/Y4tXqc.
Created attachment 316476 [details] [review] Using mustache.lang file provided in the comments
If someone would make this a merge request in gitlab, I'd be happy to review it.
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org. As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled). If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent and supported software version, then please follow https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines and create a new ticket at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtksourceview/-/issues/ Thank you for your understanding and your help.
