Description jay 2014-11-30 23:45:16 UTC
Sometimes when animating one needs to keep the background visible at all times while the frames are being replaced above it. I suggest adding a layer command (background) to supplement (replace) and (combine). Even if layers above the (background) layer contain (replace) the background layer will still show along with the current animation layer. This is both a simple yet pretty powerful feature.

Hi,

I've been working on an improved UI for the animation playback plugin, which will allow custom layer organization amongst frames. Basically a small animation editor. So using one layer as a background all along (and much more) will be possible.

Jehan, did you manage to finish the animation playback UI?
