Hello,

Currently gvfsd-obexftp is using obex-data-server which seems to be unmaintained upstream (last release in 2011)

bluez (since version 5) is including also an obex implementation too and the rest of the project (gnome-bluetooth and gnome-user-share) is using it already.

Might be interesting to switch to the bluez implementation?

Hey, thank you for your bugreport. You are right, current implementation is obsoleted and it should be ported to bluez. Patches are welcome to port the code to bluez.

FYI, I won't be the person doing that because I think it's a waste of time. Would have been worth it 5 years ago, but not anymore.
