Opening the attached glade file, I cannot select the widgets inside the GtkScrolledWindow and they don't show up inside the widget tree.

Clicking inside the GtkScrolledWindow throws:
(glade:11224): GladeUI-CRITICAL **: glade_project_selection_set: assertion 'glade_project_has_object (project, object)' failed

The UI file can be opened and used by GtkBuilder without a problem.
