Gujarati addition to LINGUAS_ALL in configure.ac

Git format-patch additions of the Gujarati translation file (gu.po) and the change needed to LINGUAS_ALL in configure.ac.

Another translation from C-DAC in Pune India.

The patch file for gu.po is gzipped to keep Bugzilla happy.
