Add "kn" to LINGUAS_ALL in configure.ac

Addition of the po file for the Indic Language Kannada (kn.po) to the translation list, along with the change to LINGUAS_ALL in configure.ac.

Translation provided by the team at C-DAC, Pune, India.

Two files submitted in git format-patch.  The po file is gzipped so Bugzilla can swallow it.
