Description Matthias Clasen 2014-10-12 17:19:32 UTC
Under a wayland 3.14.0 session, using ctrl-shift-prtscrn for taking an area screenshot works, but there is some misrendering of the blue rubberband during selection.
Comment 1 Matthias Clasen 2014-10-21 21:47:34 UTC
Still happening with 3.14.1
Comment 2 Jasper St. Pierre (not reading bugmail) 2014-11-22 20:10:51 UTC
I've seen this on X11 as well.
Comment 3 GNOME Infrastructure Team 2021-07-05 14:32:56 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
