"For example, ..." label shown when creating extended partition

The "For example, "My Files" or "Backup Data"" label is shown even "Type" is set to "Extended partition" in the "Create Partition" dialog. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Disks 2. Navigate to empty disk space 3. Click on "New partition" ("+") button 4. Select "Extended partition (For logical partitions)" in "Type" Expected result: 1. "For example, "My Files" or "Backup Data"" label is not shown (because there is no text entry to enter text) Actual result: 1. The label is shown
