2.6.4-1 no characters

Installed 2.6.4-1 to Windows 7 64 bit and found characters in all menus displayed as rectangular boxes - see screen clipping attached. 

Previously experienced invisible transfer drop-down menu (report 737646) with version 2.6.4. so reverted to 2.6.3. which works fine. Will do so again.

Thank you for your report. This issue unfortunately was discovered right after 2.6.4-1 got released.

On the other hand I'm happy to announce that a new gnucash 2.6.4-2 has been released just now to fix this issue.
