When playing dirac files some frames are not rendered and the default green can be seen.

This can be tested with the following files:
http://samples.libav.org/V-codecs/Dirac/RL_420p_ffdirac.drc
http://samples.libav.org/V-codecs/Dirac/src3_422p_ffdirac.drc

Pipeline to reproduce it:
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="RL_420p_ffdirac.drc"

Luis, is this still an issue for you?

gst-play-1.0 http://samples.libav.org/V-codecs/Dirac/src3_422p_ffdirac.drc

and

gst-play-1.0 http://samples.libav.org/V-codecs/Dirac/RL_420p_ffdirac.drc

work fine for me with git master and 1.6.
