Files lib/rb-marshal.{c,h} are not needed and, dropping them, allows them to be regenerated properly at build time for the glib version installed while building

We can remove the marshalling code altogether since GLib 2.30, see: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=771335
