Repro:

Load applications:///
Right-mouseclick on the icon view background.
On context menu, select "New Folder"

Expected:

The default new folder name should be "Untitled Folder"

This should be linked to 72715 as connected with non-functioning menu 
editor

Bah, I don't really want to mess with that vfolder stuff anymore.
Someone who really understands it (is there anyone?) should do that!
