GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 737096
"Open with" on the context menu show some icons too big
Last modified: 2015-03-17 16:07:44 UTC
Created attachment 286766 [details] This icon is really big When you right click a file and open the "Open with" entry on the menu, some icons are too big. I assume it's because no small icon is available for the program. So far I had this issue with Opera beta, GNOME Subtitles and the WPS suite. Please, see the attached image for a screenshot of this happening. Cheers, Ian.

The menu is removed in the new version.
(In reply to comment #4) > The menu is removed in the new version. Wait... What? How am I supposed to open a file using a different software than the default, then?

It appears to have been resolved in bug 741259 by forcing the icons to 16x16 in gtk+ version 3.15.4 (commit b44df22895c794733e15d19a977bc9c2d5a2bd78) and gtk+ version 3.14.8 (commit 9466e8926d54798722b780de16128ed2bbf1f2ed).
