You have to manually move up to the Continue button, return is not enough to move out of the field and activate the continue button, or to move to the next.

I think you may have had a misunderstanding with zeeshan but we should provide this shortcut anyway.

    Proxy over the URL entry activation so that wizard continues to the next
    step if user hits 'Enter' key after typing URL.
