Hitori should better handle maximization, either centering the grid or drawing it bigger.  (Bigger would be better -- at least for larger grid sizes.)

I suggest a combination of centring and scaling the grid. I think a grid which occupied the entire screen would be a bit too much. How about scaling to 800px, and then centring after that?
