Description:
Description of Problem:
Change font via prefs- already loaded aps (including main menus/panels)
do not update to the new font.  Only newly launched aps have the
changes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. As above.

Actual Results:
Font changes only seen in newly opened aps.

Expected Results:
Font change to affect all open aps/panels/parts of Gnome

How often does this happen?
Every time
