Currently Hitori has a rather verbose document that explains the help license[1].

According to the latest guide on documentation licensing, a much shorter document is sufficient for this[2]. 

Please replace the license text to align with the guide (and save some work for translators :)).

Looks mostly good, thanks. However you seem to forget to git add the new legal.xml file. I'd say it's safe to commit after adding that.
