Updated smooth tile set theme

After spotting Bug #721106, I decided to resurrect the original script and artwork (Bug #131758) to re-render the smooth tile set with the correct season characters.  Well, I couldn't leave well enough alone and updated all of the artwork and re-rendered at a slightly higher resolution for better results on larger displays.  The new tiles are crisper and use more traditional colors.
