Patch for serviceproviders.xml containing Kuiri APN setting for Internet access point

Hi,

There will be new mobile operator (Kuiri) in Finland and their APN:n settings for Internet is not the Service Provider Database.

I have attached the diff file of the serviceproviders.xml containing the APN settings for the new Kuiri operator. 

Please, if possible to approve the change as soon as possible, since it really would help small start-up operator to enable better user experience in future.
