Calum:

- Title on sub-contents pages is "Manual pages for section
'Applications'" etc.  Suggest shortening this to just "Manual pages:
Applications" etc.  It would also be good if the "Manual pages" part of
this title was a hyperlink, that took you back up to the "Manual pages"
sub-contents page. (2)
