Csv file from ING Direct bank with headers line removed

Since 2.6.1 I have been unable to import my transactions via the exported .csv files from my bank. The error I get is "Withdrawal column cannot be understood" when there is no value for a withdrawal because the transaction on that line is a deposit, and consequently "Deposit column cannot be understood" when there is no value because that line is a withdrawal.

I didn't have this problem on previous versions and I am only trying to use the .csv format because the OFX import is broken for this bank account too (see related bug for this: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726142)
