Description Luc Pi 2014-03-09 09:53:13 UTC
Window can be resized with Alt + holding-RIGHT-click.
Moving the mouse resizes the window.
Releasing the RIGHT-click (used to) set the new window size.

After the 3.10 upgrade (I guess), it does not work anymore.
You have to LEFT-click to stop the window resizing.

This is pretty annoying.

A combination of Alt + hold-right-click (resize window) and Alt + hold-left-click (move window), allows very fast resizing and repositioning.

What version of mutter? This sounds like a duplicate of bug 710251 which was included in 3.10.2 ...
Comment 2 Luc Pi 2014-03-09 14:07:50 UTC
mutter 3.10.1.1
Comment 3 Florian Müllner 2014-03-09 14:10:37 UTC
Then this is indeed a duplicate - you should ask your distribution to update its package (the latest stable release is 3.10.4).

Yes, thanks!

(I feel that it is a bit counter productive that distributions does not follow stable releases...)
