Description Bastien Nocera 2014-03-01 12:18:46 UTC
For whether or not to show "adult" content.

Should this be part of a wider parental controls panel, with possible age certificates, or is it enough for it to be in the privacy controls?

The guys from elementary team fixed this issue.

https://launchpad.net/switchboard-plug-parental-controls/loki/0.1

This might be a good example for GNOME developers and maintainers.
I think this is an important feature that cannot be blanked out. Especially in a modern desktop as GNOME.

This isn't what this is about at all.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new bug report at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
