Steps to reproduce:
1. Open g-c-c
2. Open displays
3. Arrange by vertical 2 monitors

Actual results:
can't move some windows between monitors, can't use full space on upper monitor

Expected results:
All works fine.

Additional info:
When I've arranged by horizontal it works OK.

also on upper display doesn't work hotkeys/magic places for work with windows (alike mod4+up, mod4+down, etc.)
