When resizing the coloms in the Process Listing, the sizes are not
remebered for the next time gnome-system-monitor is started up.

This is a gtk treeview limitation for gtk+2.0. See bug #66902. Anyways
the widths are actually saved, but treeview doesn't allow them to be
restored. Will have to wait for later gtk releases for this to be fixed.
