I'm having problems in the "file/Printer Setup" menu.  I can select US letter size if "Format for:" is set for "Any Printer", but I switched from that to Sam (which is my default printer) as the any printer choice was leaving out 1 line between pages.  If I choose "Sam", then A4 is the only choice that is permanent.  It pretends to go to US letter after clicking on apply, but A4 is there when coming back to this menu.

I'm using CUPS for printing and other gnome programs do not seem to have this sort of trouble when pringing.  This problem was previously posted at https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500916.
