Some pages have their own meta refresh tags (e.g. <meta
HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="900; URL=/index.html">). It would be good if
Galeon's Autoreload feature could read these tags and then set itself
accordingly. This would make page refreshes fully configurable, and ensure
that the Autorealod setting is not negated by meta refresh tags.
