This is a collection bug to track rewriting the GnuCash Engine to be SQL-query based. This is necessary to support multiple simultaneous access, because we need to use a database's record locking to accomplish that.

It also covers replacing libdbi with a more comprehensive solution. It depends on all SQL backend enhancement requests.
