Using shotwell for first time on Fedora 19, Gnome Version 3.8.4, German language.
I have bad impressions...


Picture time stamps are shown in totally wrong format:

Shows:
Zeit: 2:42

Should read: 14:42:11 (Uhr)

even (if in English) it should read: 2:42:11 PM

Remark: Nautilus shows: 14:42:11



So, please, do a better job or forget programming!
