Account Report fails in release 2.4.14

Created attachment 265263 [details] Trace file with multiple errors. Release 2.4.14 in Windows 7 64 bit. Open an account register. Click on Reports > account Report. Immediately see Report Error. An error occurred while running the report. The attached Trace file shows doing this twice or so before trying an OFX import that also failed and was reported separately.
David, can you do the OFX thing again on a new trace file and attach it to the other bug? It's not clear to me that that raised any of the errors shown in this one.
Another user reported in http://gnucash.1415818.n4.nabble.com/2-4-14-Account-Report-tp4666836.html that the Account Transaction Report is also broken.

David did so, confirming my suspicion. The Scheme tracebacks here are all related to the account report problem.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
